A total re-working of an original 1960s house in Cobham. One wall remained of the original ‘60s house. The footprint of the old house was extended with large extensions to the side and back of the property. New landscaped gardens and a new double garage to the side were added.
Fairmile Estate, Cobham - Extension & Renovation
The owners wanted to extend the property to add a new kitchen diner, office, utility room, master bedroom with en suite and to refurbish the complete interior.

Total renovation of interior and exterior of a Grade II listed property in Horsham. A new oak garage was also built, refurbished the existing garage, new shingle driveway, landscaping around pool and new iron work fencing. Inside renovated the cloakroom, new floor throughout, decorated and built two freestanding oak dressers.
